Fertile Beltrami at full staff heading into 2026/2027 School Year 

The Fertile Beltrami School Board held their final meeting before the start of the new school year on Tuesday. Fertile Beltrami Superintendent Brian Clarke said one item approved was staffing assignments, and he’s excited to announce that they are close to full staff heading into the 2026/2027 School Year. 

Clarke says the board also approved the purchases of some new school buses. 

Summer is usually the time of year when districts will look at their school policies, and Clarke says they are looking to adopt an AI Policy. 

The November election is fast approaching, and Clarke says they did have a lot of people step forward as candidates for school board. 

Other items from Tuesday’s meeting included discussions on their school handbooks, and administrative reports.
