Mahnomen-Waubun at Walker-Hackensack-Akeley

The Mahnomen Waubun Thunderbirds overcame a stale mate first quarter, and then had big plays to come away with a 41-0 win over Walker Hackensack Akeley.  The Thunderbirds had a balanced attack on offense collecting 307 yards rushing and 119 yards passing.  The Wolves were able to move the ball in the early goings, but Mahnomen Waubun made the correct adjustments which shut down the Wolves offense moving forward.  Mahnomen Waubun is now 1-0 while WHA falls to 0-1.
