A Day For Trey Saturday In Waubun

WAUBUN, MN—This Saturday, June 6, will be a Day For Trey in Waubun.  It’s in honor of 16-year-old Trey Beauchamp, a student at Mahnomen School.  Trey’s grandmother, Jacki Hariluk, says Trey started having health problems last fall.

While Trey went through chemotherapy and radiation, Hariluk says things didn’t get better.

Hariluk says she approached the Rising Sun Community Council about having a day for Trey and they agreed.

Hariluk tells us what will happen at Saturday’s Day For Trey in Waubun.

The Day For Trey will start at the Waubun City Park.  It is sponsored by the Rising Sun Community Council and White Earth Housing.
