Three Injured In One Vehicle Crash Near Roy Lake

ROY LAKE, MN—A one vehicle crash near Roy Lake left an elderly woman with serious injuries and two children with minor injuries. Mahnomen County Sheriff Josh Guenther says a witness called 911 Thursday after seeing a vehicle go into the ditch and hit a tree along County Road 7, about a mile north of Roy Lake. Two young children in the vehicle had minor injuries; while the driver, an elderly woman, was airlifted to a trauma center with more significant injuries. No names have been released and there’s no word on anyone’s condition.
