SAFE Kids Grand Forks promoting back to school Safety 

For area students, the back to school season is here, as North Dakota schools are returning this week, and Minnesota School next week. This means that our area streets will be extra busy in the morning and afternoon due to school traffic. For this reason, Carma Hansen of SAFE Kids Grand Forks says that everybody needs to be playing a part in keeping our streets and children safe this school year. 

If you’re a person who carpools to school in the morning, Hansen says it’s important to remember that the driver is responsible for everyone in the car.
