McIntosh Woman Injured In Itasca County Crash

NASHWAUK, MN—A woman from McIntosh was injured in a two vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in Itasca County.  The Minnesota State Patrol says a hatchback driven by 36-year-old Hannah Hill of Grand Marais was crossing US Highway 169 from County Road 86 in Nashwauk around 12:30pm Sunday when a minivan driven by 50-year-old Heather Smith of McIntosh was going south on 169 and hit the rear driver’s side of Hill’s vehicle.  Smith was taken to a Hibbing hospital with non-life-threatening injuries; Hill was not injured.
