Breakfast, It’s the most important meal of the day
School is back in session at schools across the Red River Valley, and if you want to make sure your child is performing at their very best this year, there’s one simple thing you can do as a parent to help them. Kelsey Merkens of Norman-Mahnomen Public Health says it’s important for students of all ages to be starting the day out right with breakfast.
