NORMAN COUNTY ATTORNEYs OFFICE – OFFICE, RECORDS, TECHNOLOGY
AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The Office, Records, Technology and Communications Manager provides comprehensive
administrative, records management, communications, and operational support to the Norman
County Attorney and the County Attorney’s Office. The position reports directly to the County
Attorney and works to coordinate and maintain the administrative operations of the office,
including office systems, records, and information management, government data requests,
communications, scheduling, workflow coordination, and related administrative functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in business administration,
office administration, public administration, management, communications, information systems,
or a closely related field or an equivalent amount of work experience in related field(s) listed
above
Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply specialized knowledge in areas outside their formal
educational discipline, including administration, records management, government data
practices, communications, office technology, and applicable county and office procedures
This is a full time, 35 hours per week position. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8-4:30pm. Some
evening and weekend hours as needed and occasional overtime is required Occasional overnight
travel may be required for training
Benefits include: A health and ancillary insurance package is offered with an employer
contribution. Enrollment in PERA, 12 paid holidays, Vacation Pay and Sick Leave/ESST.
Starting pay range for position is $29.29-$37.93.
