Clay County Herbicide Container Collection

HAWLEY, MN—Clay County residents who have empty herbicide containers, listen up.  The Clay County Solid Waste Management department is collecting those empty containers now through Friday.  Clay County landfill technician Ella Holliman has details.

Holliman says a company from Iowa will pick up the empty containers, grind them up and recycle them.  She gives us an idea how many containers were picked up last year.

Holliman tells producers where to drop off the containers.
