Mahnomen City Council Meeting

MAHNOMEN, MN—Tuesday night’s Mahnomen City Council meeting included action on rezoning of two land parcels for a townhome development project.  Mahnomen City Administrator Taylor Guenther tells us more.

Guenther says the Council also took a step forward on the City’s River Park.

The River Park will include a fishing pier, disc golf course and small parking lot.

The Mahnomen City Council also heard a presentation from Golden World Enterprises about a proposed workforce center that would also include housing and green energy.  The group asked for the City to donate five acres for the project.
