Friends of Rydell and Glacial Ridge to host annual Youth Fishing Day 

The Friends of Rydell and Glacial Ridge Refuge invites all area youth out to the Rydell National Wildlife Refuge this weekend, as they will be holding their 9th Annual Youth Fishing Day. Alyssa Schmid of the Friends of Rydell and Glacial Ridge tells us more about the event, which serves as an excellent opportunity for young anglers to get introduced to the sport of fishing. 

Schmid says the event is also an excellent opportunity to highlight the fishing opportunities on the refuge. 

Again, Youth Fishing Day will take place this Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rydell National Wildlife Refuge.
