Norman County to move back to Judge rotation 

Norman County has seen a number of changes to its court system over the last few years, and it will once again be going through some big changes over the next couple of months. Norman County Attorney Liz Brainard says Norman County will once again be going to a rotating judge system, and she explains what this means. 

When it comes to the impact this will have on her office, Brainard says she believes this will be a positive change overall.
