Moorhead Legion/VFW Expansion Project gaining steam 

After stalling a few months ago. The Moorhead American Legion and VFW expansion project is starting to gain steam. Moorhead American Legion Manager Scott Moen says there will be an opportunity to learn more about the project coming up, but the hope is that it will be done sometime next year.
