Thief River Falls City Council Meeting Preview

The Thief River Falls City Council will meet Tonight, October 20th, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.

Items on the consent agenda include the approval of council proceedings from October 6th, City bills, and disbursements.

There were be several new business items which include TZD Grant 2026-2027, Approval for the TRF Police Department to renew the Law Enforcement Lease, Agreement and Dispatch/Records agreement, Safe Electronic Transfers and Payments Policy, Approval of RFP for Venue Management Services, Personnel Policy, Approval of MAV Group LLC Liquor License, Lime Sludge Pond Farm Lease, Downtown snow load removal rates: November 1st, 2026, thru June 1st, 2028 Snow Seasons, 2026 Street and Utilities Improvements Project, and 2026 Street and Utilities Improvements – Assessment Hearing.
