Sen. Kupec Edged Out In MN District 4; Green Leads District 2
In Minnesota Senate District 4, incumbent Rob Kupec lost a very narrow decision to Republican Austin Peterson. With votes in all 68 precincts counted, Peterson had 18,107 votes to Kupec’s 18,103. That four vote margin means the race will automatically go to a recount.
And one other note from the Minnesota Senate, Republican incumbent Steve Green has the lead in Senate District 2 with 172 of 189 precincts counted. Green leads DFL challenger Dan Rogers by 3600 votes.
