Despite already being sold out after less than two months for teams to sign up, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s ‘Driving for Hospice’ annual Golf Tournament is still looking for interested parties to help raise funds for their non-profit Hospice program.

In our conversation with CRMC Charitable Fund Coordinator Jennifer Podsiadly, the 18-hole, best ball scramble will have games that people can win prizes throughout the day.

Home Health Hospice Social Worker Kim Olesen touched on what Hospice care provides from CRMC.

Hospice care will go anywhere the terminally ill patients needs in order to provide the comfort and dignity needed.

Proceeds from ‘Driving from Hospice’ pave the way for the Hospice program to prepare for needed supplies, equipment, and medications.

For that are unable to golf and still want to donate to ‘Driving for Hospice’, there are multiple ways to accomplish that feat.

‘Driving for Hospice’ will Friday, June 17th with a 12pm shotgun start from Cuyuna Rolling Hills Golf Course in Deerwood.
