Goose River Hosts Grand Opening on Friday, but Best is Yet to Come

Hillsboro, ND — This past Friday marked an important milestone in the history of downtown Hillsboro with the grand opening of the new Goose River Brewing. But while it marked the official opening of Hillsboro first brewpub, it also is just the start of even greater things to come. Owner Terry Sando says they will be unveiling their full menu and, in a few months, their own craft beer.

As to possessed Sando to invest in a brewpub in the first place, he felt the need to make an investment in the community to not only attract folks into Hillsboro but keep current resident in town as well.

Sando also notes that they plan to do their part to support other local businesses and specifically local farmers once the brewing operation begins later this summer.
