Gary City Council Discusses Potential Solar Project 

The Gary City Council met on Monday for their Monthly City Council meeting. One of the Major topics on the council agenda was the potential solar project that might be located right near Gary. Mayor Buck Engen discusses the project. 

If the solar project goes through the City of Gary will be given solar panels to use at their discretion. Mayor Engen explains what some of these panels can be used for. 

The project is in the early stages of development but Mayor Engen is excited about the possibility of the project.
