Perimeter shooting helped the Ada-Borup-West Cougar offense build an early lead in their 89-57 victory over the Bagley Flyers. With 11 made 3-pointers in the game the Cougars perimeter game opened up the offense for drives to the basket, which helped result in the Cougars 19 free throw attempts in the game to maintain their advantage. The Flyers offense picked up after halftime but the Cougar offense kept scoring to avoid seeing the Flyers whittle down the lead. Near the end of first half Bagley’s Alex Jobe surpassed the 1,000 career point mark for the Flyers.
