Nevis at Mahnomen-Waubun

The Nevis Tigers used good shooting and a tough defense to pick up the win over Mahnomen Waubun 52-35.  The Tigers forced Mahnomen Waubun into 32 turnovers on the night and limited their shot selection.  THe Thunderbirds played better in the 2nd half holding Nevis to just 17 points in the 2nd half, but couldnt get the offense going and Nevis would come away with the win.  Nevis is now 15-6 while Mahnomen Waubun is now 7-17.
