The Thompson Tommie Boys Basketball Team looked to snap a three-game losing skid Saturday against their toughest opponent this season: the ND Class A top-ranked Kindred Vikings. There would be no monumental upset in Thompson as the Vikings vanquished the Tommies, 74-41.

The Vikings catapulted out to a 9-0 run and never looked back, pushing the lead past thirty points a handful of times in the fourth quarter. Junior, Karson Ouse, vaulted the Vikings, leading all scorers with 26 points off of six made three-pointers. Junior, Karter Peterson, led the Tommies with twelve.

Kindred (7-0) will look to keep their undefeated season going as they host Oak Grove on Tuesday. Thompson (2-4) is also in action Tuesday as they continue their search for win number three on the season at Central Cass.
