Fertile-Beltrami at Fosston

The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons used a 16-0 run in the second half to help them pull away to the 71-45 win at Fosston. The Falcons had four players score in double figures and were led by Caiden Swenby with 16 points and 7 rebounds. Mason Nowacki added 15 points as the #6 ranked Falcons improve to 3-0 overall and 3-0 in the conference. Preston Hanson pitched in with 13 points and Derek Sorensen 11 points for Fertile-Beltrami. Will Christen led Fosston with 16 points as Fosston falls to 2-3 overall and 1-3 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Kelton Gray hit four 3 pointers for Fosston and ended up with 14 points with Hudson Boushee adding 11 points for the Greyhounds. The Greyhounds went on a 11-0 run in the first half to take a 24-23 lead but that would be their only lead of the game.
