Barnes County North topped Valley City JV 75-54 in the quarterfinal round of the Barnes County Boys Basketball Tournament on Friday night.

William Schwehr had 24 points as the Bison improved to 3-2 on the season. Barnes County North plays Richland in the semifinals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
