Carrington made ten of 15 fourth quarter free throws as they held on to defeat Northern Cass 63-55 in girls basketball Tuesday night at Northern Cass.

The Cardinals collected 18 offensive rebounds as they won their seventh consecutive game and Northern Cass lost their third in a row.

Edyn Hoornaert scored 14 points to lead Carrington, with Kacie Rexin, Olivia Threadgold and Isabel Wendel each scoring 12.  Threadgold had seven of her points in the fourth quarter.

Haidyn Crockett led Northern Cass with 28 points and Josie Jensen added 15.

Northern Cass (9-4) hosts Lisbon on Friday night.  Carrington (9-3) hosts Grafton on Thursday.
