Hillsboro Knights of Columbus Continue Successful 2024 With Pancake Breakfast

Over 100 people enjoyed pancakes and sausage at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hillsboro, Sunday. St. Rose’s Knights of Columbus council hosted the extra breakfast to raise funds for the youth group’s summer retreat. Gross proceeds amounted to approximately $2,200. 

The council is off to a great start in 2024, not just with this breakfast, but with their annual calendar raffle. Grand Knight, Chris Mueller, gives an update on that fundraiser.

The final drawing will be this upcoming Sunday, January 28th. There is one more KC breakfast scheduled before the summer. That one will be held in March.
