Ada Borup West Superintendent discusses Governor’s Budget Proposal 

The Ada Borup West School Board held discussions regarding the Minnesota Legislature during their meeting on Tuesday morning. A main focus of the meeting was the governor’s proposed budget, and Ada Borup West Superintendent Aaron Cook says there are some things in the budget that he will be keeping an eye on. Cook says one of those things is compensatory revenue, and he explains why. 

Cook also broke down the rest of the governor’s budget when it comes to funding for education. 

Lastly, Cook explained what some of the ramifications this projected budget and legislation could have on the Ada Borup West School School budget if it is passed.
