Ada Police Department promotes longtime officer 

Bruce Coonfield has been with the Ada Police Department for 11 years, and it was announced Thursday that he is being promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Coonfield tells us more about this new role, and what it means to him. 

Coonfield also told us more about his career as a cop, and what he enjoys most about it. 

Coonfield’s new position is effective immediately.
