Anderson Retires

HILLSBORO, ND—A long-time employee of the City of Hillsboro got a surprise retirement party Thursday.  Public Works Superintendent Jim Anderson is retiring after some 30 years with the City.  Was Anderson surprised?

Anderson was asked about his biggest accomplishment as Hillsboro Public Works Superintendent.
