Applications now being accepted for Speaking Proudly Speech Competition 

Applications are now being accepted for the Speaking Proudly statewide speech competition at the Minnesota State Capital Building. Speaking Proudly Representative Sherie Wallace (Share-e) tells us more about this statewide competition. 

Speaking Proudly is organized by a Republican organization, but contest judge Rita Hillman-Olson says girls of all beliefs are invited to participate, and she and Wallace encourage any girl regardless of background to participate.
