Area Crop Update 

Harvest has begun for some crops in the Red River Valley, including the wheat harvest. Mike Nelson of CHS West Central in Ada tells us how the harvest has gone so far, and how the wheat crop is looking. 

Soybean harvest is still a ways away however, and Nelson speaks more on some of the challenges producers are having with this year’s soybean crop. 

As for the sugarbeet pre harvest, American Sugarbeet growers Association Presisident Neil Rockstad says all signs point to a larg crop this year.
