Ask a Chief: Where can a police officer run radar?

During his Ask a Chief segment on the KRJB Kaleidoscope, Ada Police Chief Steve Hager was asked whether a police officer can park on an easement to run radar for traffic enforcement. Hager tells us what the law allows them to do.
