Mahnomen City Council Sets Preliminary Levy

One Injured In ATV Accident

ADA, MN—An adult male was injured after an ATV accident Monday northeast of Ada. The Norman County Sheriff’s Office tells R&J News the accident happened on 210th Avenue, northeast of Ada around Noon.  The victim, who has been identified only as an adult male, was airlifted to a Fargo hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Fosston Elementary School News

FOSSTON, MN—The new school year has begun and with it come new staff members at Fosston’s Magelssen Elementary School.  Magelssen Principal Dan Boushee introduces us to the new teachers on the block. Lake Bronson Drawdown To Begin

Two Rescued From Lower Rice Lake

White Earth Police rescued two people from Lower Rice Lake Wednesday morning. Police say they have responded to several incidents, involving lost individuals in the area, in the past 24 hours.
