Clearbrook-Gonvick Referendum

Man Arrested For Crookston Assault

CROOKSTON, MN—A Crookston man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after police say he threatened and assaulted four juveniles in an alleyway.  28-year-old Casey Kelly was charged Monday in Polk County Court with a felony count of threats of violence and two misdemeanor counts of fifth-degree assault. Halstad City Council Talks Water Project & Landmark Center
