Berhow Acquitted

A man from Fertile who was on trial for attempted murder and assault has been acquitted of all charges.  29-year-old Oliver Berhow was accused regarding a November 2021 shooting in Oklee.  Berhow was alleged to have shot Cody Landrus after Landrus confronted him with a baseball bat.  Landrus survived, despite being shot in the head. …
