Ulen-Hitterdal prepares for graduation

Red River Watershed Management Board update
As the MN legislative session wrapped up without a bonding bill, Rob Sip with the Red River Watershed Management Board says while their current projects will still be able to continue, it brings up a big challenge for next year. Sip commends the local legislators for understanding the need.
