Minnesota Teen Pregnancy Rate Rises 

The 2023 Minnesota Adolescent Sexual Health Report was released and shows that the Minnesota Teen Pregnancy Rate increased by nearly 26% from 2020 to 2021 with the birth rate declining by 3.3%.  Officials are saying that this increase is likely tied to the COVID-19 pandemic which reduced access to condoms and contraception.  Officials also say…
