Bagley High School hosts and wins Section 8A One Act Play Competition. 

It’s been a busy few weeks for the Bagley One Act Play program as they have had to prepare to take part and host this year’s Section 8A One Act Play competition. Bagley One Act Director Marylynn Hood says the hard work paid off as the competition went well and they were also able to walk out as this year’s section champions. 

Hood tells us more about their performance, which was an adaptation of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” 

Hood says that the Bagley One Act program has seen a lot of success as of late and highlights some of her performers who made this year’s success possible. 

It’s a quick turnaround for the Bagley One Act as they will be leaving for the state festival on Wednesday. Hood shares some more details on that as well as more information on the state festival as a whole.
