Bagley Man charged with multiple sex crimes 

A Bagley man is facing multiple felonies for sex crimes he allegedly committed in Clearwater County. 20 year old Paul Martin Ramsrud is facing felony charges of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Possession of Child Porn, and Solicitation of a Child. 

Court documents allege that between February and April 11, 2024, Paul Martin Ramsrud engaged in communication with a child through Snapchat, and described sexual conduct in detail. 

On top of the solicitation charge, Ramsrud is also accused of possessing child porn of his victims, sending his victims inappropriate nude photos of himself, and engaging in sexual intercorse with a 15 year old in early 2024 when he was 19. Ramsrud’s three victims were between the ages of 13 and 15 at the time of the alleged crimes. 

The three charges carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, and/or a fine of $30,000. Ramsrud is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, April 2 2025 at 10:00 AM, in front of the Honorable Eric Schieferdecker. (Shy-fer-decker)
