Barnesville City Council Meets

BARNESVILLE, MN—There was a visitor at Monday night’s Barnesville City Council meeting.

Barnesville City Administrator Jeremy Cossette says the Council also made a decision that affects customers of Barnesville Telephone Company.

Cossette says Barnesville Telephone customers who used to get an internet discount with long distance service will still get that discount if they get their phone and internet services from Barnesville Telephone.

Also at Monday’s Barnesville City Council meeting, several liquor licenses were approved for the annual Potato Days celebration coming up August 23 and 24.
