Becker County Fair Opens

The 130th Becker County Fair opens Wednesday in Detroit Lakes.  Becker County Fair Board President Travis Schauer tells us what’s new at this year’s fair.

Schauer says there’s something else new this year.

There are three volleyball tournaments on tap for Wednesday.  A teen sand volleyball tournament at 2:30pm, an adult sand volleyball tournament at 5–both of those are north of the horse arena, and the April Stenger Memorial Tournament starts at 6 near the Grandstand. Musically speaking, Haymakers will play at 7pm at the Tent.
