Bemidji Water Carnival continues 

The 81st Annual Bemidji Water Carnival kicked off yesterday, and the fun will continue through today. Bemidji Jaycees President Larissa Donovan previews the activities that they have going on today across Bemidji. 

While the festivities started on Wednesday, Donovan says things really start to ramp up on Independence Day.
