Best Baker Competition coming back to Erskine

The Best Baker contest is coming back this year during the 2023 Erskine Water Carnival. If you have a prize winning cake, cookie or pie recipe, you are encouraged to enter the competition. The contest will take place on Saturday, June 3rd at the Erskine Community Center. Prizes are awarded for the top scoring baker in each of the baking categories including Pies, Iced/Frosted Cakes and Cookies/Bars. Contestants can enter in one, two or all three categories. Desserts must be brought to the Erskine Community Center no later than 9:45 am on Saturday, June 3rd. For more information you can call 218-687-2157 or text 218-280-2992.
