Moorhead Drug Arrest

Hanson Sentenced To 15 Years For 2025 Murder

HALLOCK, MN—A woman from Kennedy has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a fatal shooting in Hallock.  23-year-old Jordan Hanson was sentenced Wednesday in Kittson County Court.  In May, she pleaded guilty to second degree felony murder for killing Justin Esparza at his home in March 2025.  Prosecutors say Hanson shot Esparza in…
