FERTILE, MN—On Monday, the Fertile City Council voted to look into interim financing to pay for upcoming repairs to the City’s water system. Fertile Mayor Brian Nephew explains. The Council also approved a health insurance plan for Fair Meadow Nursing Home employees. The new plan calls for an increase of nearly 16 percent in premiums.
