North Dakota Special Session Starts Wednesday

BISMARCK, ND—North Dakota lawmakers will be in Bismarck Wednesday for a special session.  State Representative Mike Beltz of Hillsboro tells us what will be covered at the special session. Beltz talked more about the school meals proposal. Beltz says the special session should be over by Friday.
