Chicago Teen Charged With 11 Carjackings With Nine On Same Day

(Chicago, IL)  —  A 17-year-old Chicago boy is accused of taking part in eleven carjackings on the city’s South and Southwest Sides.  The juvenile is charged with eleven felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm and two felony counts of criminal damage to government supported property.  Nine of the armed carjackings took place on August 20th.   The teen was arrested yesterday during an attempted carjacking.
