City of Nisswa Considers County’s Request to Adopt Boardwalk Moratorium

The city received a request from the Crow Wing County Board regarding the moratorium they recently placed on the development of boardwalks in lakeshore areas…

Mayor John Ryan said that the city does its own planning and zoning and legally wouldn’t need to be in compliance with the county’s moratorium, so the city will make a decision upon receiving more information from the study.
