City of Thief River Falls approves Water Cooling Project 

The City of Thief River Falls alongside the Red Lake Watershed District approved the construction of a new water cooling project on the North East side of Thief River Falls. Rob Sip of the Red River Watershed Management Board tells us more about the project and what it will do.
