Clearwater County Sheriff discusses Minnesota’s Permit to Carry Laws 

The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office has been receiving a number of questions as of late in regards to Minnesota’s Permit to Carry law. Clearwater County Sheriff Darin Halverson talks more about the questions they have been receiving, and Minnesota’s state laws regarding carrying of a firearm. 

Halverson says other questions that often come up are Minnesota’s laws regarding conceal and open carry, as well as permit processing.
