Detroit Lakes Water Carnival begins tomorrow 

The 89th Annual Northwest Water Carnival in Detroit Lakes begins this Friday, and the Detroit Lakes Jaycees have 10 days of summer fun planned for this year’s celebration. Jaycees Representative, and event Admiral April Asleson tells us what they have planned for Friday. 

The Water Carnival will then run through Sunday July 20, and Asleson previews some of the headline events they have planned over the next week and a half.
